三维适形放疗联合胸腺五肽治疗老年晚期非小细胞肺癌

Three Dimensionai-conformal Radiotherapy Combined with Thymopentin for Old Patients Advanced Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

目的：观察三维适形放疗(3 DCRT)联合胸腺肽治疗老年非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的疗效及不良反应。方法：将42例老年NSCLC患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组21例,予3 DCRT,剂量2 Gy/次,5次/周,共35次,总剂量70Gy。治疗组21例,在3 DCRT治疗基础上加用胸腺肽治疗。按WHO实体瘤近期疗效评价标准分为CR、PR、NC和PD。观察两组疗效及不良反应。结果：两组有效率(CR+PR)经统计学处理差异无显著性(P＞0．05)。治疗组患者的临床症状改善率明显高于对照组(P＜0．05)。治疗组放射性肺炎、放射性食管炎发生率明显低于对照组(P＜0．05)。结论：3 DCRT联合胸腺肽治疗老年NSCLC临床疗效好,不良反应小,有临床应用价值。

Objective： To evaluate the effects of the three dimensional-conformal radiotherapy（3 DCRT） combined with thymopentin for old patientg advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Method： 42 old patients with NSCLC were randomly divided into therapy and control group. 21 patients in the control group were given 3 DCRT, and the others in the therapy group were given 3 DCRT combined with thymopentin. Result： There was no significant difference in the overall response rate （ CR ＋ PR） in both groups （P 〉0.05）. The clinical symptom＇s amelioration in the therapy group was better than that in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The toxicity in the therapy group was lower than that in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： 3 DCRT combined with thymosin for old patient＇s advanced NSCLC is well tolerated and its response rate is improved,
