摘要
研究了纤维补强复合耐火材料制各工艺中的两个主要过程.即纤维表面处理及其分散。试验结果表明:硅酸铝纤维进行适当在面处理能形响其析晶过程。采用干法球磨混合分散可以使纤维在耐火基质中分散较均匀.且纤维长径比满足要求。
The two main processes of fiber reinforced refractory composites, i. e. suface treatment and dispersion of fibers have been studied. It is indicated that a proper suface trentment may effect on crystallization of the fibers. Using ball mill mixture process. the fibers dispersion is uniformity and its aspect ratio can meet the demand.
