摘要
通过水模型实验对连铸机结晶器内钢水流场进行研究,模拟两种倾角水口(侧孔向下15度和向下5度),在5种不同的结晶器断面上和5种不同的水口通钢量条件下的结晶器流场,以获得流场流动状况及变化过程,根据模拟的流场流动状况来确定不同的断面的最佳流场的通钢量范围。
In order to achieve flow situation and change process of flow field and determine the optimum liquid steel flux range under different crosses according to the simulated flow conditions, the paper researches the liquid steel flow field in 5 different CCM mould by means of simulated the two inclination nozzle（side holes down to 15 度 to 5 度） under the fluxes.
