摘要
分析了转炉冶炼HRB400的难点,探讨了转炉冶炼HRB400采用FeNb和FeV合金化的操作要点,以及控制好装入结构,热量平衡,做好造渣脱磷,硫操作,通过炉后增碳工艺25t顶吹转炉用FeNb和FeV微合金化完全能够冶炼出合格的HRB400钢种。
