简述了利用拉矫机实施静态轻压下,介绍了该技术的关键工艺参数,压下位置的确定和压下量的控制方法。通过试验和生产应用,得出通过静态轻压下技术在高碳连铸方坯生产中的应用,可降低铸坯中心碳偏析,改善铸坯中心疏松。
The paper introduces the key process parameters, determination of reduction location, and control method of reduction degrees by means of tension leveller to carry out static soft reduction. Through test and production application, it has proved that the technology can reduce billet center carbon segregation and improve center porosity by the application of static soft reduction to high carbon billet production.
