摘要
本课题依据相似原理,用“刺激-响应”实验方法,测定不同工况下的RTD曲线,从而计算中间包各流钢水的停留时间、温度分布、夹杂物的去除率等指标,确定新挡墙的设计方案。然后在实际生产中应用,测定中间包内的钢水温度差、取样分析夹杂物,以验证设计的合理性。
The RTD craves in different conditions were detenninated by stimulation- response method according to the similarity theory. The indices of each strand in tundish such as holding time,temperature distribution, removal, ratio of inclusions were calculated to ensure the design plan of new barricade. The temperature difference and inclusion analysis of liquid metal in tundish were determinated in the latch,orion line to test the design.
