摘要
根据安钢第二炼钢厂生产要求,对2号小方坯连铸机的中间包、结晶器、振动、二冷进行高效改造和工艺优化,取得了较好效果,铸坯平均拉速达到3.6m/min,实现了炉机匹配,提升了多项生产技术指标。
According to the production requirements in No. 2 steelmaking plant in Anyang Steel, the efficient reformation and protess optimization have been carried out to tundish, mould, oscillation system and secondary cooling zone of No. 2 billet CCM. Good results have been achieved with average casting speed 3.6m/min, better LD and CCM matching and improved production indexes.
