摘要
介绍了为适应高效连铸和进一步降低炼钢成本,韶钢第一炼钢厂方坯连铸中间包工作层用干式振动料取代硅质绝热板的应用情况。实践表明,在提高中间包寿命、提高钢水收得率、提高钢坯质量、降低耐火材料消耗、降低劳动强度、减少工作量和提高劳动生产率等方面有明显的优势。
In order to adapt high efficient continuous casting and reduce the cost of steel manufacture, the tundish working lining of billet casting in the No. 1 steel - works of ShaoSteel uses dry vibrating material to replace siliceous heat insulating plate. According to the practice, there are obvious advantages in the following aspects: prolonging the durability of surge tank, increasing the yield of molten liquid steel, improving the quality of slab, reducing the consumption of fireproof material, diminishing the labor intensity and load as well as increasing the labor productivity, etc.
