摘要
以烧结镁砂MS-95为主原料.加入适量钙质材料和硅微粉及复合外加剂,研制出了MgO-CaO质中间包涂料。该涂料涂抹性好.烘烤时不爆裂.抗熔渣及钢水侵蚀,解体性好。
Using sintered magnesia clinker(MS-95) as main starting material and added with appropriate amount of CaO material. silica fine powder and composite additives, MgO-CaO coating material for tundish has been developed. Its compression strength(MPa): 110℃. 24h 6. 4. 1500℃, 3h 18. 5, bulk density (g/cm3 ): 110℃, 24h 2. 1, 1500℃,3h 2.14. Permanent linear change on reheating (1400℃, 3h): -1. 5%  ̄-1.6%. This coating material has good properties of painting, slag resistance and disintegrating resistance. No cracks appeared when it is baked.
