摘要
目的建立清开灵膏中黄芩苷和绿原酸的含量测定方法。方法色谱柱为KromasilC18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水-磷酸(20∶80∶0.2),流速1mL·min-1,柱温25℃,检测波长327nm。结果黄芩苷在0.09~0.54μg之间线性关系良好,平均回收率100.3%,RSD=0.99%;绿原酸在0.196~1.176μg之间线性关系良好,平均回收率99.9%,RSD=1.06%。结论本法灵敏、简便、准确,可用于清开灵膏的测定和质量控制。
Objective To determine the contents of scutellarin chlorogenic Qingkailing extract by HPLC Methods Kromasil C18 column was adopted and the mobile phase consisted of methnol - water - phosphoric acid (20 : 80 : 0. 2) with the flow rate being 1.0 mL · min^-1 and column temperature being 25 ℃. The detection wavelength was 327 nm. Results The linearity of scutellarin was good in the range of 0. 090 - 0. 540 μg, r = 0. 999 9, and its average recovery rate was 100. 3 % (RSD =0.99 % ); the linearity of chlorogenic acid was good in the range of 0. 196 - 1. 176 μg, r = 0. 999 9, and its average recovery rate was 99.9 % (RSD = 1.06 % ). Conclusion This method is sensitive, simple, accurate, and can be used for the quality control of Qingkailing extract.
