Clinical Analysis on 165 Cases of Appendectomy via Mini-incision

目的探讨小切口阑尾切除术的手术适应证及手术效果。方法对2002年1月—2004年1月行小切口切除阑尾的165例临床资料进行回顾分析。结果小切口切除阑尾手术效果满意,随访1年未见任何并发症。结论小切口切除阑尾手术创伤小、手术时间短,切口瘢痕小,病人恢复快,不失为一种微创手术。

Objective To investigate the indications and effect of appendectomy via mini - incision. Methods Clinical data of 165 cases hospitalized during the time from Jan, 2002 to Jan, 2004 were analyzed retrospectively and re＇dewed. Results All the patients were followed up for one year with satisfactory effect and without recent or long-term complications. Conclusion Appendecto- my via mini-incision has the advantage of slight trauma, mild pain, short operative time, early recovery and little sear.
