空军机务人员应对方式与心理健康关系的研究

Study on Psychological Health and Its Related Factors in Certain Air Force Airplane-service Men

目的探讨机务人员的应对方式与心理健康之间的关系。方法整群抽样抽取机务人员216名,以不同中队为单位集中进行应对方式量表、症状自评量表测试。结果(1)SCL-90各因子与应对方式各因子显著相关(P<0.01),且与解决问题、求助因子应对方式呈显著负相关(P<0.01),与其余4个因子呈显著正相关(P<0.01)。(2)心理异常者除解决问题与求助因子外,应对方式的其余4个因子均高于心理健康者。(3)军龄较长,级别较高,文化程度在大专以上的机务人员主要采用解决问题应对方式,而较少采用不成熟型应对方式。结论心理健康水平影响机务人员应对方式的选择,且不同军龄、不同级别以及不同文化程度机务人员应对方式存在差异。

Objective To investigate the status of psychological health and its related factors in air force airplane - service men so as to provide scientific basis for psychological consult and therapy. Methods SCL-90 was used to evaluate ：216 air force airplaneservice men. Results （ 1 ） The score of interpersonal sensitivity was lower in air force airplane-service men than in national normal models （ P 〈 0.05 ） , and the score of psychoticism was higher than that of national norm （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The total mean score and all factorial score in air force airplane-service men were significantly lower than those in military norm （ P 〈 0.01 ）. （2） There were statistical differences in psychological health level related to age, educational level, and only-child or non-only-child. The factorial scorcs had no statistical difference （ P 〉 0.05）, except that those of somatization, depression, anxiety and hostility factor were lower in over 30 years group than in under 29 years group. No difference in the scores of psychological health related to educational background was found （ P 〉 0.05 ） , except that those of hostility and paranoid ideation factor was significantly higher in low diploma possessors than in high diploma possessors （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The total mean scores and all factorial in the only-child group were significandy higher than those in non-only-child group （P 〈 0.01 ） , except the score of hostility factor. Conclusion The psychological health of air force airplane-service men is well in general, and the main causes of the psychological problem may be severe work stress, intense competition and heavy family responsibility, etc.
