空军某部机务人员心理健康状况与相关因素分析

The Study on Psychological Health and Its Related Factors in Certain Air Force Airplane-service Men

目的研究机务人员的心理卫生状况及相关因素,为开展心理咨询和治疗提供科学依据。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90),对某部216名机务人员进行测试,与中国常模、军人常模进行比较,并按年龄、学历和独生子女分组,进行组间比较。结果(1)空军机务人员人际关系敏感因子分显著低于中国常模,精神病性高于中国常模外(P<0.05),其余各因子分和总均分低于常模无显著差异(P>0.05);空军机务人员各因子分和总均分均非常显著地低于军人常模(P<0.01)。(2)空军机务人员心理卫生水平的变化,表现出明显的年龄、学历、是否独生子女等差异。除30岁以上组躯体化、抑郁、焦虑、敌对性因子分显著低于29岁以下组外(P<0.05),其余SCL-90各因子分、总均分均未发现有显著差异(P>0.05);学历组间比较SCL-90各因子分除敌对性、偏执因子分有差异外(P<0.05),其余SCL-90各因子分、总均分均未发现有显著差异(P>0.05);独生子女的SCL-90中除敌对性因子无显著性差异外,其余SCL-90各因子分和总均分明显高于非独生子女(P<0.01)。结论空军机务人员心理卫生水平总体较好;空军机务人员产生心理问题的主要原因可能是工作强度大、竞争激烈、家庭负担重等。

Objective To investigate the status of psychological health and its related factors in air force airplane-servlce men, so as to provide scientific basis for psychological consult and therapy. Methods SCL-90 was used to evaluate216 air force airplane-serv- ice men. Results （ 1 ） The air force airplane-service men the scores of interpersonal sensivivity was lower than those in national norm （ P 〈 0.05 ） , the scores of psychoticism was higher than those in national norm （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The total mean score and all fac- torial scores in air force airplane-service men were significantly lower than those in military norm （ P 〈 0.01 ）. （ 2 ） There were statistics sense in psychological health level at armyage, educational level, the only-child group and non-only-child. The factorial scores has no statistics sense（ P 〉 0.05 ）, except somatization, depression, anxiety and hostility factor at 〉 30 of age was all lower than tha! low 29 group; no differences in psychological health of educational level was found（ P 〉 0.05 ）, except the score of hostility and paranoid ideation factor at the low diploma was significantly higher than that high diploma（ P 〈 0.05 ）. The total mean scores and all factorial in the only-child were significantly higher than the non-only-child（ P 〈 0.01 ）, unless the score of hostility factor. Conclusion The psychological health of air force airplane-service men is well in general, and the main＇ causes of the psychological problem may be severe work stress, intense competition and heavy family responsibility etc.
