摘要 目的探讨亚低温对脑梗死治疗的远期疗效。方法将75例大脑中动脉皮层支梗死患者随机分为亚低温治疗组和常规治疗组,以发病后6、12、18个月3个时间点按欧洲卒中评分(ESS评分),日常生活能力(MBI指数)、痴呆程度(CDR评分)和语言功能(ABC评分),进行评分并分别记录。结果两组患者6、12、18个月时ESS评分,MBI指数、ABC评分、CDR分级间差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论亚低温对脑梗死患者在远期脑保护方面具有一定的作用。 Objective Discussing the long - dated curative effect of mild hypothermia on cerebral infarction treatment. Methods Divide 75 patients who got middle cerebral artery cortex branch cerebral infarction into mild hypothermia cure group and routine cure group random. The datas have no obvious differences between the two groups. Mensurate the Europe stroke (ESS grade), daily living ability (MBI index), dementia extent (CDR grade), and language function (ABC grade) of these patients at 3 time points that is 6 month, 12 month, and 18 month after their disease comes on. Record the indexes varieties of the behind 3 time points compare with the first time point Separately. Compare the indexes diversities at different time points and explore whether there have obvious otherness. Results ( 1 ) Mild hypothermia cure group ESS grade have obvious melioration at the 6th and 12th month compare with routine cure group. (2) The patientsTiving ability in 12 months after their disease come on have obvious improve in mild hypothermia cure group compare with routine group. (3) The patients' language competence in 6 months after their disease come on have obvious improves in Mild hypothermia group compare with routine group. (4) The patients' amentia extent in 18 months after their disease comes on have obvious melioration in mild hypothermia group compare with routine group. Conclusion Mild hypothermia may have long -dated brain protection effect on cerebral infarction patients.
