摘要
随着社会的进步、科技的发展和人类需求的增长,传统建筑工程和新兴信息技术相结合,形成楼宇建筑智能化系统。智能建筑的系统不断完善,对于智能建筑系统造价的管理工作也要不断适应市场的发展,最终实现通过市场竞争形成工程价格。
With the improvement of social, science and people need, traditional building and new technology connect, form the system of Intelligent building. With the improvement of Intelligent building system, management work in research price of this system must suit the improvement of market, at last, through contention in market realize engineering price.
