摘要
目的:建立一种中药成方制剂中薄荷脑测定的方法。方法:采用甲氧基硅烷毛细管柱分离,火焰离子化检测器,程序升温气相色谱测定;相对保留时间定性,校正曲线内标法定量。结果:理论塔板数大于25000,回收率82.3%-101.7%,最低检测浓度0.51μg/L。结论:本方法样品前处理简单、干扰少、分离效率高,适用于各种中药成分制剂中薄荷脑含量分析。
Objective:To construct a method for determination of menthol existing in a Chinese traditional patent formulation. Methods:Menthol was segregated with methoxyl silane high performance capillary column, and determined with flame ionization detector and programmed temperature gas chromatography. Relative retention time was qualitation, calibration trace internal reference method was used to be quantitation. Results: Number of theoretical plates exceeded 25 000, recover), rate was 82. 3% - 101.7%, minimum detection concentration was 0. 51 μg/L Concluslon:This method is simple for sample pre -processing, few interference and high separation efficiency, so it can be used to determine the content of menthol existing in various traditional Chinese medicine ingredients preparation.
