试论权力制约防止腐败

On the Restriction of the Power and the Prevention of the Corruption

改革开放以来,我国采取了以下放权力为导向的行政体制改革,对推进社会政治经济发展起到了积极作用,但同时也出现了权力失范,腐败现象呈蔓延的趋势。权力制约是防止腐败的有效手段,对权力进行有效监督是规范权力运用、遏制腐败蔓延、实现民主政治的必由之路。

Since the reform and opening up, our country has adopted the administrative system reform centered on the division of the power. In the meanwhile,there appears such problems as the general disorder of the power,the drastic spreading of corrupting phenomenon. Restriction of the power is an effective way to counter corruption. Only if the supervision of the power is exercised effectively, it is possible to rectify power use,keep corruption from spreading and realize democratic politics.
