摘要
教师职业倦怠是教师不能顺利应对工作压力时的一种极端反应,是教师在长期压力体验下所产生的情绪、态度和行为的衰竭状态。通过调查,黔南民族师范学院的教师工作5—10年是职业倦怠表现最严重的阶段,压力是导致职业倦怠的原因,职称与学历是影响职业倦怠产生的重要因素。解决教师职业倦怠问题,必须从学校和教师个人这两方面出发,采取各种措施,防止和克服职业倦怠。
Teachers' job burnout is an extreme reponse for a teacher to fail to release the pressure of work. It includes a teacher' s emotion, manner and action caused under long - period pressure. Surveys show that the situation of teachers' job burnout in Qiannan Normal College for Nationalities is not serious. The most serious job burnout disturbs the teachers who have worked for 5 - 10 years. Pressure is the cause of job burnout and academic titles and credentials are important elements which have influence on the appearance of job burnout. To solve this problem, it is advisable to view it from two aspects of the school and the teachers and to take different measures to prevent teachers in Qiannan Normal College for Nationalities from job burnout or to help them to overcome it as well.
