The college evaluation task has meanwhile brought the rare chance for the development of college libraries. We should regard it as the motive, noticing the various problems existing in the construction of college library documentation resources, formulating scientific and reasonable strategy of development, reinforeing with earnest effort the construction of college library documentation resources, to realize the jumping development of the library construction so as to provide the good service for college research and teaching and finally accelerate the development of colleges themselves.
