摘要 目的了解高校贫困生的心理健康状况及人格特征,为高校学生心理健康教育提供有效依据。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和卡特尔16项人格因素问卷(16PF),对内蒙古民族大学临床医学院145名贫困大学生和158名非贫困大学生进行调查。结果贫困生在人际敏感、抑郁、强迫、焦虑及偏执因子得分上显著高于非贫困生,其心理问题检出率为27.26%;在恃强性、有恒性、敏感性、忧虑性、独立性及自律性上,贫困生显著高于非贫困生;而乐群性、稳定性及兴奋性显著低于非贫困生。结论贫困大学生的心理健康状况不容忽视,应根据贫困生的心理健康状况和个性特点,开展相应的心理健康促进活动。 Objective To study the mental health status and personality among impoverished undergraduates in order to provide basis for mental health education in college. Methods A total of 145 impoverished undergraduates and 158 common undergraduates were tested with SCL-90 and 16 PF in the Clinical Medical College of Inner Mongolia University for Nationalities, Results The scores of interpersonal sensitivity, depression, obsessive-compulsive, anxiety and paranoid among the impoverished undergraduates were higher than those among the common, and the prevalence of psychological symptoms in impoverished undergraduates was 27.26%. The impoverished undergraduates had higher scores in dominance, Me-consciousness, sensitivity, apprehension, independence, as well as autorhythmicity, and had lower scores in warmth, stability, as well as liveliness compared with the common. Conclusions More attention should be paid to mental health of impoverished undergraduates. Mental health promotion activities should be developed according to mental health status and personality characteristics of impoverished undergraduates.
