摘要 基于对现有知识管理模型的分析研究,提出了技术范式转变时期以扬弃知识为主导的知识演化模型,并结合知识在组织不同层面、不同环节的功能与作用,对扬弃知识的内容及扬弃知识的方式做了具体描述。 Based on the research of current knowledge management model this paper suggested a dynamic evolutionary model of knowledge management dominated by discarding obsolete knowledge during a special period of technology paradigm shifting. Meanwhile ,the content and ways of discarding knowledge was discussed according to the different function of organization knowledge exists in different organizational layer.
