Digital Library Management Based on the Method of the Total Quality Management

文摘本文把工业企业界关于全面质量管理的理念引入数字图书馆管理,重点论述了过程控制和持续改进管理方法这一TQM的精髓,并就数字图书馆基本工作内容以过程设计为基础推出了数字图书馆管理体系模型,同时,将温州大学数字图书馆作为典型案例进行了介绍。

The article took the idea of the total quality management （TQM） of industry into digital library management, putting emphasis on the methods of process control and steady improvement in management. The article also puts forward a management model chart of TQM based on the basic task of digital libraries. Besides, the article introduced a case of digital library TQM management of Wenzhou University.
