空滤器声学性能预测及低频噪声控制的研究 被引量:23

摘要 应用虚拟设计技术开展了发动机空滤器进气系统声学性能改进的研究。针对车用发动机发火频率引起空滤器进气噪声中的低频峰值,分别改进设计了两种进气管结构来提高空滤器的低频消声性能,并采用边界元法对改进的空滤器系统进行了声学性能预测。结果表明:在管路上分别增加这两种声学结构后,原空滤器的消声性能均能达到预期的目标。 A virtual design method used in the design of intake system was studied in this paper. Two measures were used to improve the acoustic performance of an air cleaner at the firing frequency by improving the intake pipe structure. The silencing performance was predicted by BEM. Comparison of the improved air cleaner and the original one shows that the two measures can all gain desired effect to minimize the intake noise at lower frequency.
