摘要
利用油液检测技术,研究了不同的磨合油对CA6110Z-07Y型柴油机磨合过程的影响。光谱分析结果表明:使用专用磨合油的2号机磨损性元素Fe、Cu、Al和Pb的含量在25~30min后呈下降趋势,说明柴油机摩擦副在25~30min后已完成磨合过程。使用MoS2添加剂3号机磨损性元素Fe、Cu、Al和Pb的含量在35~40min后呈下降趋势,说明柴油机摩擦副在35~40min后已完成磨合过程。由于1号机使用的是国产CD40润滑油,所有元素在45min的磨合过程中均呈上升趋势,表明45min后仍未达到良好的磨合结果。同时,铁谱分析也证实了光谱分析的结果。
This article studied the effect of CA6110Z-07Y diesel running-in process on bench in different running-in oil with oil monitoring technology. The spectrometric analysis result shows that the content of wear element of Fe, Cu, Pb and Al of No. 2 engine with special running-in oil are in downtrend after 25~30 min running-in. It means that the diesel friction pair has already finished their running-in process after 25~30 min. The content of wear element of Fe, Cu, Pb and Al of No. 3 engine with CD40 oil and MoS2 additive are in downtrend after 35~40 min running-in. It means that the diesel friction pair has already finished their running-in process after 35~40 min. Due to the No. 1 engine using the CD40 oil, all the element is in raising for 45 min running-in, that means the engine has not accomplished the running-in process for 45 min. Meanwhile, the ferrographic analysis shows the same result as that of the spectrometric analysis.
