摘要
基于钢纤维增强混凝土(SFRC)具有抗拉、抗剪性能和抗裂性能好等特点,将其应用于桩基厚承台中,能改善承台的受力性能,延缓承台开裂,提高承台的极限承载力,降低承台的厚度。通过对18个缩尺模型为1∶5的二桩厚承台试件的试验研究,详细分析了钢纤维在混凝土厚承台中的作用。该研究成果对实际工程具有重要的参考价值,并已纳入《钢纤维混凝土结构设计与施工规程》(CECS38∶92)的修订条文和背景材料。
Steel fiber reinforced concrete (SFRC) can increase the cracking loads and bearing capacity of pile caps, decrease their depth so as to improve their behavior since SFRC has excellent tension strength, anti - shear and - crack behavior. An experimental research on 18 specimens of steel reinforced concrete and steel fiber reinforced concrete (SFRC) two - pile and five - pile thick caps of 1 :5 model ratio has been carried out. The effect of SFRC on mechanics behavior of thick pile caps has also been analyzed systematically in this paper. The research result is available and reasonable as the reference of application and revising the norm in "Specifications for Design and Construction of Steel Fiber Reinforced Concrete Structures" (CECS38 : 92).
