摘要
针对目前房地产行业面临的融资问题,从房地产企业的角度,结合我国房地产行业的现状,对我国房地产企业的信托融资模式进行了分析,提出了发展房地产信托融资的建议和措施。
In view of the financing issues confronted by the real estate industry, the paper gives an all - around study on the trust financing patterns of China＇ s real estate enterprises from the perspective of the enterprises and brings forward some suggestions and measures for improving trust financing of real estate industry.
