壳聚糖季铵盐与表面活性剂复配性能及杀菌活性研究 被引量:14

摘要 以壳聚糖和2,3-环氧丙基三甲基氯化铵反应,合成了羟丙基三甲基氯化铵壳聚糖(HACC)。从配伍稳定性、表面张力及杀菌活性等方面研究了HACC与表面活性剂相互作用的情况。结果表明:HACC质量浓度为1×10-3g/mL时,与十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚(TritonX-100)、十二烷基甜菜碱(C12BE)配伍稳定;与十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)复配时,SDS质量浓度超过1×10-3mol/L会产生沉淀;加入HACC后,CTAB、TritonX-100和C12BE的表面张力曲线均有一转折区域,且CTAB、TritonX-100的cmc增大;HACC对革兰氏阳性菌具有杀菌作用,表面活性剂的加入对HACC的杀菌活性无影响。 2- hydroxypropyhrimethylammonium chloride chitosan (HACC) was prepared by the reaction of chitosan with 2, 3 - epoxypropyltrimethylammonium chloride. The interaction between HACC and various kinds of surfactants were studied in aspects of compatibility, surface tension and bactericidal activities. There was good compatibility between HACC at the concentration of 1 ×10^-3 g/mL with cetyhrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB), ethoxylated nonylphenol (Triton)(- 100) and dodecyl betain (C12BE) respectively. Blend of HACC with concentration 1×10^-3 g/mL and sodium lauryl sulfate with concentration higher than 1 ×10^-3mol,/L will cause precipitation. As HACC adds into CTAB, Triton)( - 100 and C12BE respectively, there is a transition region in the corresponding surface tension- concentration plot. HACC causes the increase the critical micelle concentration (cmc) of CTAB and TritonX- 100. HACC shows bactericidal activity on gram- positive bacteria, while then blend with other surfactants have no significant effect on the bactericidal activity of HACC.
