Uncertainty Analysis and Evaluation of EMC Radiated Interference Field

辐射骚扰场强是EMC测量的重要技术指标，在给出其测量结果的同时还必须给出测量不确定度。本文在介绍测量不确定度与误差基本概念的基础上，分析了辐射骚扰场强的测量不确定度的来源，确定其评定方法，并给出评定结果。

EMC measurement is a key specification of radiated interference field. All the measure- ment results should be given including the measurement uncertainty. This paper, on the basis of measurement uncertainty and the error conception, analyzes the resource of the uncertainty and confirm the method of evaluation.
