摘要
结合断口SEM分析和金相分析研究了12CrNi2MnCu铸钢中的异常断口,结果表明该断口是由成分偏析、夹杂物和微孔引起的沿一次晶晶界断裂的贝壳状断口。
The abnormal fracture of 12CrNi2MnCu casting steel has been analyzed by means of SEM and metallographic examination. The results show that composition segregations, inclusions and shrinkage cavities in solidification grain boundary bring about the conchoidal abnormal fracture which ruptured along the solidification grain boundary.
