摘要
黑木耳多糖是一类具有重要生物活性作用功能性成分,该文综述黑木耳多糖的分子结构、生物活性,展望黑木耳多糖今后研究方向和发展前景。
Polysaccharides of Auricularia auriculajudae are the functional active components which have important biologic activity, the research on its biologic activity have been paid more attention to. The molecular structure and many kinds of biological activity of polysaccharides of Auricularia auriculajudae were reviewed in this article. The research direction for the future and the development prospect of polysaccharides of Auricularia auriculajudae have also been put forward.
