5％孑孓灵颗粒剂中三唑磷的气相色谱分析

Determination of Triazophos in 5% Jiejueling Granule by Gas Chromatography

本文采用气相色谱法测定５％孑孓灵颗粒剂中有效成分三唑磷的含量。选用５％Ｄｅｘｓｉｌ３００固定液，ＣｈｒｏｍｏｓｏｒｂＷＡＷＤＭＣＳ担体制备色谱柱，邻苯二甲酸二辛酯为内标物，具有简便、快速、准确度高等优点、方法的平均回收率为９６．０７％，标准偏差为０．０６，变异系数为１．０２％。

In this paper,a method was introduced for the determination of triazophos in 5% Jiejueling granule by GC with 5% Dexsil 300 on Chromosorb W AW DMCS as stationary phase and dioctyl o-phthalate as internal standard.The average recovery,standard deviation and the coefficient of variation were 96.07%, 0.06 and 1.02% respectively.The method was simple,rapid and accurate.
