摘要
以苯胺为单体,采用水-三氯甲烷-十二烷基苯磺酸(DBSA)乳液体系,以过硫酸铵为氧化剂,通过乳液聚合制备了PANI-DBSA。考察了功能掺杂酸、氧化剂、反应时间等聚合条件对产物性能的影响。采用紫外可见光谱分析了不同反应条件下聚苯胺的结构及掺杂状态的变化,确定了制备可溶性聚苯胺的最佳反应条件。由此方法制得的PANI-DBSA薄膜的电导率可达到10μs/cm,而且可溶于三氯甲烷等普通的有机溶剂中。
PANI-DBSA was obtained through emulsion polymerization from aniline in water-chloroform-DBSA system with amine ammonium persulphate acting as oxidant and DBSA as emulsifiter and doping agent simultaneously. The effects on emulsion polymerization conditions, such as doping acid, oxidant, reaction time and temperature on the solubility, conductivity and yield of polyaniline were studied. The structure and the doped state of PANI-DBSA synthesized at different polymerization were characterized by FT-IR and Uv-Vis spectra. The results educed the optimal technological conditions of PANI preparation, such a product would be soluble in some ordinary organic solvents such as chloroform, possessing a conductivity up to 10μS/cm.
