Determination of Micro Amounts of Iodine in Milk Samples by Chemiluminesence Reaction of Potassium Permanganate-I^--Formaldehyde

摘要 利用甲醛-I--高锰酸钾化学发光体系,建立了化学发光法测定牛奶中微量碘的新方法。讨论了反应物浓度、酸度、干扰离子等因素对测定结果的影响。实验结果表明:最低检出限为2.6×10-9g/mL,化学发光强度与碘浓度在1.2×10-7~4.8×10-6g/mL范围内具有良好的线性关系,回收率为94.8%~104.3%,相对标准偏差为2.6%(n=5)。 a new method for determination of micro amounts of iodine in milk samples by Chemiluminesence Reaction of Potassium Permanganate - I^- - Formaldehyde was developed. The effect of factors as consistency of various reactions' matter, acidity, disturbs ions, etc. on the analytical results were studied. Under optimal condition, the linear range for the determination of I^- was 1.2×10^-7~4.8×10^-6g/mL and the detection limit was 2.6×10^-9g/ mL, the relative standard deviation (n = 5)was 2.6%. The results are satisfactory.
