摘要
通过导电复合材料采用模压法制作燃料电池用双极板是最有前途的一个研究方向,关键问题是双极板的电导率和力学强度必须同时满足使用要求,根据单一粒径颗粒堆积、双级配颗粒堆积和多元级配颗粒堆积的基本理论和计算结果,得到了通过颗粒级配提高导电复合材料电导率的方法,在使用较少的导电填料时,合理的颗粒级配有利于电导率的提高。
Preparing conductive composite bipolar plate for fuel cell by mold pressing is a promising research direction. It is very important that conductivity and mechanics intension of bipolar plate must meet using desire at the same time. On the basis of basic theory and calculated result of single diameter particles packing, binary particles grade and multidimensional particles grade, the technique of improving conductive composite conductivity by particles grade was acquired. The sound particles grade can increase conductive composite conductivity in the using less conductive fillers.
