聚氧丙烯二胺四亚甲基膦酸的合成与阻垢性能

SYNTHESIS AND SCALE INHIBITION BEHAVIOR OF POLYOXYPROP-YLENEDIAMINETETRAMETHYLENE PHOSPHONIC ACID

摘要 本文采用聚氧丙烯二胺、三氯化磷和甲醛为原料合成了一种大分子有机膦酸-聚氧丙烯二胺四亚甲基膦酸(PDAMP),并对其结构进行了表征。采用鼓泡法测试其阻碳酸钙垢行为,结果表明:在10mg/L以下时其阻垢性能较差,但在20 mg/L时PDAMP表现出很好的阻垢性能,阻垢率达到60%以上,并且具有良好的析晶延迟作用;PDAMP的阻垢行为与单分子有机膦酸不同,而与聚合物PAA相似。 A new phosphonic acid, polyoxypropylenediaminetetramethylene phosphonic acid (PDAMP), was synthesized, and the structure was identified with FT-IR and ^31p--NMR. Bubbling method was used to test scale inhibition behavior of PDAMP, and it was found that: 1) the ability of scaling inhibition was poor when the dosage was less than 10mg/L. But it was very good at 20mg/L with scale inhibition rate of over 60%,moreover, the crystal-delaying behavior was observed; 2) scale inhibition behavior of PDAMP is similar to PAA-a polyelecrolyte inhibitor.
