摘要
聚酰胺环氧氯丙烷树脂(PAE)是应用较广泛的湿强剂,但存在固含量不高,有机氯含量高等缺点。采用改进的溶液聚合与有机胺后处理相结合的PAE合成工艺,制得的PAE产品中有机氯含量可小于0.1%。通过控制环氧化反应温度30℃,环氧化反应6h,可获得固含量50%~56%的低氯PAE湿强剂。
Polyaminamide epichlorohydrin resin (PAE) was a widely used wet strength agent which could be solidified in neutral environment. But it had several disadvantages such as low solid content and high organochlorine content. A new environment friendly technology involving copolymeration and amine post treatment to product PAE was studied. Organochlorine content of PAE was less than 0.1% and solid content could reach 50%-56% by controling epoxidation conditions under 30 ℃ and 6h.
