钾肥对冬小麦产量和氨基酸含量的影响

Effect of Potassium Fertilizer on Yield and Amino Acid Content of Winter Wheat

１９９２～１９９５年，在滇中山原红壤上所做的田间试验中，冬小麦在３种ＮＰ水平下施用不同量的钾肥．研究结果表明，在配施ＮＰ肥的基础上，随着钾量的增加，小麦籽粒产量亦显著增加，并能不同程度地提高籽粒蛋白质中人体必需氨基酸的含量，改善产品品质。

A trial on winter wheat,with applying various rates of potassium fertilizer un-der three levels of nitrogen and phosphorus fertilizers,was conducted in upland red soilof central Yunnan Province during 1992～1995.Results showed that wheat yield,contentof essential amino acid in grain protein increased and quality of wheat grain was im-proved with potassium fertilizer rate,in combination with applying nitrogen and phos-phorus fertilizers.
