摘要
为改进传统客车骨架结构有限元分析中梁模型的缺陷,提出一种新的计算模型。这种模型中包括梁单元和用壳单元离散的节点单元,共同构成薄壁杆系计算模型,在一次计算中能提供节点设计所需要的节点细部应力分布特征,同时也提供梁截面设计所需要的截面内力。此外,还讨论如何应用新模型对客车骨架节点部位结构进行合理设计。
To improve defect in traditional beam FEA model of bus structure, a new thin-wall FEA model which is meshed with shells and beams is presented in this paper. By the new model, detailed information of the stress distributing at nodes area which is needed for nodes design and internal forces of elements which are needed for beam's cross-section design can get by only one time analytical calculation. At the same time, how to get a more reasonable design for structure on bus-frame nodes is discussed based on the new model.
