Study on Techniques for Temperature Measurement of Melts in Situ

本文简述了新型金属陶瓷热电偶保护管（ＭＣＰＴ）的研制，及其在钢铁、炉渣、熔盐、铜合金熔体中的腐蚀行为：论述了高温盐浴炉、铝液、铜合金熔体及连铸中间包钢水连续测温技术，着重探讨了熔体温度在线检测的可行性、可靠性及实用性。

Preparation of protection tube(MCPT) of thermocouple made bynewtype ceramic,as well as its corrosion behavior were studied in the present paper.The techniques of continuous temperature measurement in hightemperature salt bath,liquid alumimum,copper-alloy melt and continuouscasting ladle liquid steel were also discussed.The feasibility,reliability andpracticability of melt temperature measurement in situ were stressed.
