摘要
本文介绍一种新型压力传感器的基本结构、特性参数，提供了三种简单的温度补偿线路，以扩宽传感器的工作温度范围．最后还介绍了一种波传感器的应用实例。
The basic structure and characteristic parameters of a new typepressure transducer are described in this paper, and three simple temperature compensating circuits are presented in order to expand operating temperature range of the transducer.Finally, an example of pratical applicationis given.
