针对东营人造板厂施胶生产线所面临的问题,基于Simens S7 200开发了一套中密度纤维板的施胶自动控制系统。介绍了系统的组成、硬件结构、软件设计以及抗干扰措施,对系统调试过程中出现的典型问题作了分析,并给出了解决措施。生产实践证明:该系统稳定可靠,响应快,精度高,有较高的推广应用价值。

A glue-applying automation control system was developed based on Simens S7 - 200, which is used to produce middle density fibreboard, according to problems faced by Dong Ying Artificial Boards factory. The composing, hardware construction, software design and resist interference measures of the system are introduced, the typical problems are analyzed and solutions are indicated. It is proved by production that the system has merits of good stability, prompt response speed and high precision. The system is worth popularizing application.
