摘要
传统水泥熟料破碎工艺控制方式电能浪费现象十分严重,对其进行变频改造又存在因破碎机惯性大而引起的制动时产生泵升电压等难以解决的问题。首先设计了一种新型能量馈送装置,利用电网馈电技术回收水泥熟料破碎机制动过程中的再生能量,解决了泵升电压造成的变频器无法正常工作的问题,然后设计了PLC系统,实现了破碎机的变速、间歇运行。应用结果表明,系统运行可靠,节电效果明显。因而新系统具有较好的推广应用价值。
Energy wasting phenomenon is very serious in traditional cement clinker crush process, but there are problems such as pumping voltage when start or brake frequently because of crackerts big inertia in AC variable frequency drive system reconstruction. A new type of energy feedback device is designed first, and the regeneration energy which caused by the big inertia is recycled to solve the problem that the converter is unable to work normally because of the pumping voltage using the grid feedback technology. Then a PLC system is designed, which achieves vary-speed and intermittent running. The performing results show that the system is reliable and saving. Thus the new system has good application value.
