OPA-K矫治器在双牙弓前突畸形矫治中的应用

Application of oriental preadjusted appliance in bimaxillary protrusion

目的:观察OPA-K滑动直丝弓矫治器对双牙弓前突病例的矫治效果。方法:15例双牙弓前突病例,均拔除4个第一前磨牙,应用OPA-K滑动直丝弓矫治器矫治,治疗前后拍摄头颅定位侧位片,对颌面部软硬组织的变化进行分析。结果:UI-NA角减小13.43°,UI-NA距减小5.22mm,LI-NB角减小8.95°,LI-NB距减小4.91mm。UI-LI增加20.47°,鼻唇角平均增加12.73°。治疗前后比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。患者正侧位容貌均得到明显改善。结论:双牙弓前突病例应用OPA-K滑动直丝弓矫治器疗效满意。

Objective： To observe the effect of Oriental Preadjusted Appliance-KOSAKA on bimaxillary alarch protrusion.Method： Fifteen bimaxillaty protrusion cases were chosen.All case were treated with Oriental Preadjusted Appliance-KOSAKA. Cephalometrics before and after treatment were performed.Result：The distance of upper incisor to NA reduced 5.22 mm.The distance of low inciser to NB reduced 4.91 mm.The angle of upper and low incisor increased 20.47°. The angle of nose and upper lip increased 12.73° .Conclusion：Oriental Preadjusted Appliance-KOSAKA is effective for bimaxillary protrusion.
