摘要
被害人补偿制度在中国还属于新生事物,而与我国紧邻的日本该制度发展得已相当完善,考察其在该方面的制度建构、理论探讨的社会背景、立法考量以及制度定位,有助于把握其中精要,借鉴日本在这方面的先进经验。
Crime victim compensation system is a new thing in China, however, in Japan the immediate development of the system has been quite perfect, and therefore its inspection system in building as well as the theoretical background to explore social, legislative considerations and the positioning system, which contributes to the intelligent and incisive, and will be quite useful.
