论国际贸易中的劳工标准问题

国际贸易正在越来越多地受到劳工标准的影响。在世界贸易组织的谈判中,应美国等发达国家的要求,已将“核心劳工标准”列入WTO将要讨论的内容之一,而对这个问题在成员国之间仍存在激烈的争论。劳工标准将继续对国际贸易产生重大影响,我国应该积极应对。

The international trade is in the influence of the laborer standards more and more securely. In the World Trade Organization＇s negotiations, under the request of some developed countries like the USA and so on, ＂the core laborer standards＂ has been included as one of contents which WTO will be going to discuss, there is the intense argument to this question between the member nations. The laborer standards will continue to give the significant influence to the international trade, our country should face it positively.
