摘要
成人教育是我国高等教育的重要组成部分,而人的可持续发展又成为高等教育中一种新的教育理念。在实现高等教育大众化的进程中,剖析成教学生的思想、心理及知识和能力等方面的特点,结合人的可持续发展目标,积极探索成教学生可持续发展的教育策略,对培养合格的,具有高素质的专业人才显得尤为重要。
Adult education is an integral part of China＇s higher education. Man＇s sustainable development has become a new idea in higher education. In the process of popularizing higher education, it is important that educators analyze the characteristics of students of further education, such as mentality, knowledge and ability, and try to probe into some educational strategies for their sustainable development.
