高等学校应该实行民主管理。本文从市场经济发展的需要、教师劳动的特点、科学管理、管理心理学理论等几个方面加以论述,用正反两个方面的实践,证明了民主管理在高校管理中的重要性。

Colleges and universities should promote the process of democratization in their management. This thesis, on the basis of the needs of market economic development, characteristics of teaching, scientific administration, and theories of management psychology, discusses and, on the basis of positive and negative experience, proves the great roles democratic management plays in colleges and universities.
