摘要
高等学校管理队伍中,有相当一部分是秘书。如何做好秘书工作,需要努力的方面较多,本文从秘书自身修养、工作定位、处理好与直接领导关系、保持与其它部门人员的协作关系、做好保密工作等方面进行了探讨,为高等学校的秘书提供参考。
In the managerial staff in universities and colleges, there are quite a number of secretaries. This paper discussed the ways of how to do well secretarial work from the following five aspects: (1) cultivation of secretaries, ( 2 ) nature of work, ( 3 ) relations with leaders, ( 4 ) coordination with other members in different departments, and (5 ) The ability of keeping secrets.
