Propagating Traditional Chinese Medicine and Improring Education of Foreign Students

我校是军队系统培训外军中医针灸学员的基地,形成了中医、中药、针灸、推拿等专业的教学体系。我们根据外军学员的实际情况,因材分层施教,加强临床教学,突出实用原则,使学员掌握中医针灸的常用技术,学以致用,取得了较好的教学效果。今后,我们要适应中医对外教育国际化的发展进程,扩大对外教育的规模,培养更多高质量、高素质的国际中医人才。

The Second Military Medical University is the base for those overseas students who come from foreign army to study acupuncture and moxibustion, which has formed its special teaching system including traditional Chinese medicine （TCM）, Chinese medicinal herbs, acupuncture and moxibustion, massage, etc. We have achieved positive results by educating them individually according to their actual conditions, emphasizing clinic practicability, making sure they have mastered the basic skill and can put it into practice. In future we should keep up with the development of TCM＇s internationalization as well as enlarge education extension to foreigners, and cultivate more international specialist with ability in TCM.
