摘要
探讨被害人“恶逆变”犯罪的表现形式,产生原因,提出了以人为本、全面提高公民素质、尊重和保障公民合法权益、畅通上访渠道、建立公平机制、及时排查纠纷矛盾、努力化解各种积怨等遏制和消除“恶逆变”犯罪发生的对策。
The ＂evil invertion＂ crime takes great part in the crime now and brings great danger to our society. To discuss the form and the masons of the ＂evil invertion＂ crime, to offer the ideas of the ＂based on the people＂, to dredge the way to appealing to the higher authorities for help, to respect and ensure the citizen＇ s legal rights and interests, to solve the problems in time are good ways to eliminate the ＂evil invertion＂ crime.
